Dear IPEM friends,

It’s been almost a month since the IPEM 2022 dream edition we’ve shared together in Cannes. This fantastic vintage was made possible thanks to your support, your great energy, and probably the sunny Riviera too! We would like to thank you for contributing to this historical success – it is all yours!

Now it is time to think and move forward. As you can expect, the IPEM team stays 100% committed to bringing you and the private equity industry to the next level. In the past few weeks, we took the time to hear back from you and to define our plans for 2023. We understand that IPEM is something special, not only because it is more effective than any other conference, but because of its personal atmosphere and strong sense of community. We also understand that Cannes has a very different touch – and that it fosters unique and powerful network effects for the PE ecosystem. There is no reason to change any of this; in 2023, we will just do more of it – and keep on improving, as you asked.

So be prepared: there will be two IPEM conferences next year, one in January – in Cannes, as has been the case since 2016, and the second in September, in Paris. We know that both dates fit very well in the industry’s calendar, and that Cannes and Paris are equally great destinations – with different magic!

Please contact our team now and join 3,000 delegates at our January session which is rapidly approaching (Jan. 23/24/25). Under the theme “Reality Check?”, this edition will be an important kick-off of the year for our community to discuss the complex macro environment, as well as the new challenges and opportunities it creates for private market investors.

We are very excited by the prospect of seeing you very soon… and twice in 2023! As Warren Buffett says, “you can never have too much of a good thing!”
