We are aware that several bugs have been reported, and we thank you for your contribution. Thanks to early users like you, we have been able to start resolving all those issues. However, some technical issues can be avoided by following these guidelines:
1. Use Google Chrome. You are free to use other web browsers, but as of today the most stable one for exploring your IPEM Account is Google Chrome.
2. Empty your cache. For:
• Chrome, Firefox, Edge: Ctrl+Shift+Delete for Windows. Shift+Cmd+Delete for MacOS.
• Safari: Option+Command+E.
3. To log in, make sure you request only one magic link. This link is unique, valid for 60 minutes, and can only be used once.
4. Check your SPAM folder. If you’re expecting a magic link or registration code from us, check your SPAM folder, or other folders such as Gmail’s “Promotions” tab.
5. Consult our articles. On the navigation bar on the left, you can access other articles that will help you better navigate your IPEM Account.
6. If the problem persists, use the contact form to report bugs. Please mention the web browser and the operating system you are using.
