If you plan to ship valuables, to avoid any parcel loss we advise you to use one of the two service providers below who are allowed to access the Palais des Festivals. Please request a quote with your package information (dimension and weight) from MARTINI TECHNOTRANS or MATHEZ

Both providers can store your packages, deliver them directly on your booth, and handle the delivery back to your office. All packages must be sent directly to the delivery company.

If you choose to work with your own service provider please note that:

🔸 Package deliveries will be accepted between January 27th at 2:00 PM and Tuesday 28th at 6:00 PM.

🔸 Delivery drivers can’t access the exhibition area. They must drop off and pick up packages at the door R1.

🔸 There will be no storage area before January 27th and no packages will be accepted before this date.

🔸 Your packages must be sent back at the latest on January 31st before 12:00 PM. The Palais des Festivals & IPEM refuse any responsibility for them.

🔸 As the delivery drivers can’t access your meeting booth, they must contact the Floor Manager onsite: +33 7 68 96 60 38

NOTE: Please keep in mind that all packages must be stored directly on your booth throughout the event. IPEM will not be able to store any packages.

Shipping reception hours:

From January 27th – 2:00 PM to 28th – 6:00 PM

Shipping sending hours:

January 30th from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

January 31st from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
