Here are some tips and best practices to avoid any technical issues:
1. Use Google Chrome: You are free to use other web browsers, but as of today the most stable browser for exploring your IPEM Account is Google Chrome.
2. Empty your cache:
• Chrome, Firefox, Edge: Ctrl+Shift+Delete for Windows. Shift+Cmd+Delete for MacOS.
• Safari: Option+Command+E.
3. To log in, make sure you request only one magic link. This link is unique, valid for 60 minutes, and can only be used once.
4. Check your SPAM folder. If you’re expecting a magic link or registration code from us, check your SPAM folder, or other folders such as Gmail’s “Promotions” tab.
5. Consult the Practical Info: On the navigation bar on the left, you can access other practical info pages that will help you better navigate your IPEM Account.
6. If you encounter a persistent problem, use the contact form to report bugs. Please mention the web browser and the operating system you are using.
